Full Speed Ahead - Layout Class

In the Full Speed Ahead layout class we will create one double page layout as well as one single page layout.
The double page layout is extremely versatile and can accommodate 8+ 3x4 photos or 5 - 4x6 photos or a combination of both sizes. We’ll be creating some custom embellishments with stitching and snaps as well as transparent ledger pieces. There is a handsome mini alphabet to enhance your journaling block and take it from ok - to awesome!
The goal of this class is demonstrate some easy tricks for combining patterned papers and those 'multi strip' patterns we love but avoid because we're not sure how to use.
Although this layout has a specific 'Full Speed Ahead' title, the patterned paper will allow for alternate titles such as 'All Boy', 'Whoo Hoo', and other masculine themes.
The finished projects in this class would be perfect for boy and male themed activities such as hockey/soccer/lacrosse or riding bikes, playing lego, racetracks and cars as well as motorcycles, scooters or skateboards.
.jpg) Please bring to class: your standard tool kit including: trimmer, tape style adhesive, liquid style adhesive, glue dots, foam squares, sanding block, black ink (ink applicator and craft mat if you have it), pencil, eraser and ruler as well as a good pair of sharp scissors; also a black journal pen or marker if you have it.In addition you may also want to bring: a circle punch and scallop edge punch if you have one. Please don't go out and purchase these items, I will have them on hand for you to use, if you bring your own you just won't have to wait while we share. {wink} |
