Perfectly Paisley - Layout Class

In the Perfectly Paisley layout class we will create one double page layout and one single page layout too.
The double page layout features 3 - 4x4 photos and 1 - 4x6 photo but this can be easily adapted to fit any grouping of pictures you might have. We'll be using some terrific patterned masking tape from 7 Gypsies as well as a collection of grommets in gold, yellow and rusty orange. This class does involve some fussy cutting so be sure to bring a pair of super sharp, detail scissors. They will make a huge difference!
Although this layout has a nature/outdoors theme to it, don't feel like you have to have these kinds of photos in order to participate. The finish projects in this class would be perfect for beach or travel photos as well as everyday/around the house themed photos. This is a great layout to include a variety of landscape and portrait orientation photos - and of an event where you have a special photo you would like to showcase.
Please bring to class: your standard tool kit including: trimmer, tape style adhesive, liquid style adhesive, glue dots, foam squares, sanding block, brown ink (ink applicator and craft mat if you have it), pencil, eraser and ruler as well as a good pair of sharp scissors. A black journal pen and white ink pen or marker if you have it.
In addition you may also want to bring: an eyelette setting tool such as a Crop-a-dile or Big Bite and a shape punch if you don't care for the butterflies! Please don't go out and purchase these items, I will have them on hand for you to use, if you bring your own you just won't have to wait while we share. {wink} |
